Tabernacle Centre Canolfan Tabernacl

Tabernacle Centre is situated in the lower ground floor of Tabernacle Chapel,
previously know as the Vestry.

The improvements to the Tabernacle building, which include enhanced accessibility and modernised spaces for community use, have been made possible by significant support from a range of funders.

We as a choir rehearse in the Daniel Edwards Hall, Tabernacle Centre- Daniel Edwards was the architect of the Tabernacle Chapel building- and can sit up to 80 people comfortably. It is equipped with the latest AV technologies. The piano was bought by the choir and with support from the Lottery Fund for the purpose of community use. Many choristers have stated how warm, comfortable and welcoming the centre is and especially the Daniel Edwards Hall which was opened by Sir Bryn Terfel during Morriston's Victorian Day in November 2024.

MLC considers Tabernacle as ‘home,’ and we all enjoy attending rehearsals and performing our annual concert in the chapel with the accompaniment of the magnificent Harrison organ.
